The data controller is Bázis Office Center Limited Liability Company (registered office: Budapest, 1027 Horvát u. 14-24; company registration court: Metropolitan Court of Budapest; company registration number: 01-09-874953), hereinafter referred to as Bázis Office Center Kft.

2. Processed Data

During the completion of the Quick Quote or Request for Quote forms, the user voluntarily provides a working email address as well as personal data (e.g., name, phone number, etc.).

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The data specified in section 2 is used by Bázis Office Center Kft. exclusively for contacting the user and providing information related to its business activities. By registering, the visitor consents to Bázis Office Center Kft. recording, processing, and using the data for the above purpose.
The data controller does not use personal data for purposes other than those specified.

4. Duration of Data Processing

Registration data remains in the system until the registered user requests its deletion.

6. Users’ Rights Regarding the Processing of Their Personal Data

The data specified in section 2 is recorded by the system during registration. The legal basis for processing is the voluntary consent of the data subjects. Users may request information at any time regarding the processing of their personal data provided on the www.bazisoffice.hu website. Following the request, Bázis Office Center Kft. provides information to the data subject about the processed data, the purpose of processing, legal basis, duration, the name and address of the data processor (registered office), and activities related to data processing, as well as who has received or will receive the data and for what purpose. Information can be requested at info@bazisoffice.hu. Users have the right to request correction or deletion of their data. This can be initiated via info@bazisoffice.hu. Upon deletion, all data associated with the user is irreversibly destroyed.

7. Possibilities for Enforcement of Rights

Users who believe that the operators of www.bazisoffice.hu have violated their right to the protection of personal data may enforce their claims in a civil court or request the assistance of the Data Protection Commissioner.
