For smaller meetings, we recommend our 4-person meeting rooms, while for larger groups, our 12-person Large Meeting Room is ideal. Whichever room you choose, you can conduct your meetings in a professional environment.

Absolutely! Our meeting rooms can be rented for one hour, half a day, or a full day. You can even book multiple rooms simultaneously, either continuously or for just 1–2 hours as needed. You set your requirements, and we adapt.

The price depends on the room size, the service package you choose, and the duration of use. We aim to make the decision easy—e.g., a 4-person meeting room in certain virtual office packages starts from HUF 3,360/hour + VAT.

The service includes room booking, guest reception, waiting area access if needed, and business internet usage. Our reception team always welcomes guests with a smile and assists in every way to ensure your meeting is successful.

For a more comfortable meeting, you can request coffee, refreshments, or mineral water from our reception team—either pre-set or on demand. If you need additional catering, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance when booking or before the meeting.

Yes, one of our meeting rooms is designed specifically for coaching and similar sessions. Comfortable armchairs and a friendly setup welcome participants.

 

Of course! Our reception staff professionally welcomes your clients, offers them seating in the reception area if needed, or escorts them to your meeting room. For interviews, we handle candidates according to your instructions, letting you focus on your professional work.

Bookings are handled by our reception. You can reserve in person, by phone, or via email. We record your reservation and confirm it so you can be confident everything goes according to plan.

You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your meeting in our reception area. If your meeting room is free, you can start earlier.

If there is no following booking, you may continue your meeting. If your meeting may run longer than planned, please indicate this when booking, and we will ensure the possibility to extend.

Flexibility is key. You can cancel any meeting free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Cancellations half a day in advance require only 50% of the fee. You are free to organize your business, and we support you in doing so.
